Backspacer Font Family
Years ago, by happenstance, designers Nancy Mazzei and Brian Kelly found an old decrepit typewriter in an abandoned lot with tall grass in Brooklyn. They kept it around their apartment for two years. Then one day they decided that it was time to move and they planned to throw the old typewriter away. But it was so beautiful they wanted to keep at least a part of it. So they decided on keeping the keys. They kept the keys in a brown bag until one fine day the keys were introduced to a camera. It was a match made in heaven that resulted in some beautiful quirky images of typewriter keys. These images were the inspiration for Backspacer. They were scanned, traced and turned into a working typeface by Zuzana Licko.

Le Jeune Hairline Font Family
Le Jeune Hairline is intended for the largest display sizes, 100 point and above, where its delicate hairlines can best express their extreme elegance. This family is based primarily on the showings in the famed broadsheet specimen Molé Le Jeune produced in 1819. Molé’s foundry was bought out by E. Tarbé around 1834, who also acquired the Firmin Didot & fils foundry around 1837 and later renamed the operation the ‘Fonderie générale’. By the 1910s Molé’s punches had ended up in the hands of the Peignot & fils typefoundry, who kept his types available, though they were incorrectly labelled as “Didot”. In both roman and italic, Le Jeune is characterized by crispness and beauty. Though its vertical proportions and ball terminals differ significantly from Le Jeune’s model, the spirit of the original comes through in the grace of the romans and the exuberance of the italics.
Caponi Text Font Family
While Caponi was initially designed for display use in Entertainment Weekly, the primary source was Bodoni’s text types, making the later addition of a text version a logical idea. Caponi Text is unusual among contemporary interpretations of Bodoni not just in focusing on Bodoni’s earliest work, but also in fully embracing the inconsistencies and unevenness of the source material. The warm, inviting tone of Caponi Text expands the notion of how a Bodoni can feel on the page. While preserving many eccentricities, it also make concessions to contemporary taste, so a more traditional lowercase s, with serifs rather than ball terminals, is available as an alternate.

One year ago I created my very first font, Sequel - which still means a lot to me because this font opened my world to type design. I always wanted to
create a true rough, stamped style of this font. Now I finally did it but with all my experience I got in the past year I also had the wish to change a few things. So I thought of recycling this into a completely new, revised font - with many completely new designed letters, a lower x-height and better kerning. You'll get the full set of 330 glyphs including numbers, many symbols and language support for many countries! And of course you'll also get a clean version - and awesome italics! You loved it with Sequel, so I took over the eight ligatures and made them grung-y, too. Can't wait to see what you're creating with this, old styled Prequel - which is actually a sequel to Sequel, my first font. Confused? So am I.
