Description
You’ve already got a great looking site and strong portfolio, so why should your business collateral look like it’s straight out of Word? This is a business collateral pack built in fully editable PSD ’s. The colors are very easy to change as well as the layout, shapes, size, fonts, etc. Or you can simply fill in your information and go! The pack includes the following:

Proposal – 2 Pages
The proposal is what you initially give your potential client. The first page outlines everything you’ve gathered from your prior meetings and clearly defines what you’ll be doing for them. The second page lines out each section and the price, followed by the total for the project, and a thank you section.

Contract – 4 Pages
The contract is a crucial part of any design business. Even if you trust the person, it’s still just good business to have a contract that clearly defines what you’ll be doing for them. This has sample titles borrowed from an actual contract, however the text is lorem ipsum – you’ll need to fill that in yourself. No legal advice here!

Completion Form – 1 Page
If you’ve ever had a client come back after the completion of a project and want to do something over again, you’ll know why this kind of document is essential. Once completed with the project (or milestone) send your client this form. It allows them to sign off on the work that you provided and also acts as a final invoice (or milestone invoice) for the remainder of the payment that was set fourth in the contract.

Thank You Post Card
This is a great way to personally say Thank You to them for choosing you, after you’ve completed the project. Albeit a small jester, it goes a long way!

As I said before, there is no legal advice here. I would recommend you working with an attorney and properly drawing up any legal documents including these here. The PSD ’s that I’ve provided here are to make those documents look sexy!
