Zocalo Text Font Family
Eduardo Danilo’s dramatic redesign of El Universal, a leading Mexico City daily, introduced Cyrus Highsmith’s Zocalo. The original text, and display series was tuned for distinct character frequency and repetition when set in Spanish. Nicholas Kis’s oldstyle and Chauncey Griffith’s classic newsface Ionic No. 5 inspired the sturdy text while the “energetic character of Mexico City” influenced the display. Among other uses, Zocalo Text is recommended for Newspaper, Magazine and Custom use. Zocalo Text is provided as premium OpenType fonts with professional OT layout features, including both lining & oldstyle figures and small caps, plus extended language support.

Charcuterie Font Family
A large and rare undertaking, Charcuterie is a family of ten distinct yet related typefaces, many of which have their own font families, and three decorative/ornamental typefaces. While most of the Charcuterie typefaces are outfitted with a standard character set, Charcuterie Engraved features 135 swash alternates and Charcuterie Cursive boasts 275. Charcuterie Frames offers a broad and endless approach to creating frames of any width, height and style. Featuring 60 corner elements and 20 top, bottom and side pieces along with a detailed User’s Guide in the ‘Gallery’ on how to construct the frames. Charcuterie Catchwords features nine different styles for a total of 82 glyphs. Charcuterie Ornaments is very practical and features 100 glyphs a vast array of arrows, brackets, rules, icons, ribbons and more. Barbieri Font Family
Barbieri is a casual sans type family, based on a German lettering style from the 1960s. The original hand-drawn alphabet was used in a rather peculiar edition of Der Barbier von Bagdad, an opera composed by Peter Cornelius. Our efforts to identify the cover designer have been, so far, unsuccessful. As fans of informal typography and popular lettering styles, we thought these few thin letters deserved a re-incarnation as a complete type family. Andrés Torresi and Marta Sánchez Marco were in charge of the production work. Now Barbieri has 6 weights suitable for packaging, posters, and music covers. It resembles a certain ‘Americana’ spirit, though with a Germanic twist.

Turnip Font Family

Shentox Font Family
During a visit to London in 2008 I fell in love with the square font used on the British car number plates. I was immediately inspired to start working on this font and have been developing it intermittently ever since. Several more trips to London and the project evolved before it finally took off and became Shentox. Despite the starting point being inspired by simple, everyday car plates, the font soon evolved into something fine and very rich in detail. Even though the square genre is very restrictive, Shentox is a highly legible contemporary font with a full range of weights, useable not only as a display family for headlines and posters, but as a distinct, clean font family for branding and general editorial use (Especially magazines). It has been carefully drawn paying extra attention to the details, high end finishes that makes Shentox a safe font for use in large scale work. For example, the curves of every individual corner have been adjusted character by character to avoid the common problems encountered with square fonts (Eg. darker corners between weights or a visually inconsistent radius between the Upper and Lowercases as a result of copy/paste). Shentox italic, which has a 12 degree slant, has been corrected to avoid distortion when slanted. The radius of the upper-right and lower-left corners are more pronounced, giving it a more fluid Italic feel. Shentox is available in Open Type format and includes ligatures, tabular figures, fractions, numerators, denominators, superiors and inferiors. It supports Central and Eastern European languages. This type family consists of 14 styles, 7 weights (Thin, UltraLight, Light, Regular, Medium, SemiBold and Bold) plus italics.

PF Haus Square Pro Font Family
The minimal character of this typeface with its direct reference to Bauhaus, manages to keep the balance between strict geometric structure and elegance. It strays from monotonous repetitions and works equally well with Latin and Greek, while it really hits home with Cyrillic. Love Story Font Family
Love story is a display hairline typeface for use in big sizes and short texts, inspired in all kind of love, specially designed for Valentine’s day. Its soft curves and sweet style give it a lovely personality. Designed by Luciano Vergara and his wife Guisela Mendoza who has been studied the world of ornament since 2007 and has put this interest in each project, you can see in her dingbats specially Printa and Abel designed for generate patterns. Now she integrated her passion by the ornament in a clean set includes dingbats, ornaments and patterns. Luciano Vergara has designed very strong fonts with a particular work in the line study and close to the geometry since 2005, getting a structure style, you can see in his fonts specially Regia and Kahlo. Now he integrated his study of line, in a hairline font delicate, continuos and beautiful. In this story both designers, been merged his worlds creating a gorgeous product. This is a romantic type story, a love story.
