Bad Russian Beta Font

Bad Russian is an all-caps serif typeface that has incorporated the strangest Soviet type cover details of the 1930s. The proportional characters of the typeface have preserved the echoes of the past. Historical features are manifested in details: triangular shapes of Л and Д, peculiar serifs of C, G, S and З, flame-shaped elements, a loop of the У, closed letterforms with elongated serifs. A contemporary approach to these details makes the typeface relevant and expressive. Bad Russian fits well for display typography.
