I've worked many year as designer, in all fairness I have to say... basic shapes with enough variety of styles are those things that you need when you have to create many newspaper ads in a hurry :)

Created with CS6 Illustrator and InDesign. Minimum CS6 or CC needed.

Font in these elements is Source Sans Pro. I wanted to keep a limited font palette to keep these elements as useful as possible to many different situations. Source Sans Pro is a free sans-serif font which is pretty similar to Helvetica or Arial.
