The contents of this item is split into two folders, light and dark. Inside each folder are three subsequent folders, green, orange and blue. Inside each of these folders are a layered PSD , containing the editable background, and a .txt file, containing the twitter theme info for its background. Also included is a documentation .html file containing a video screencast demonstrating how to use this item. I recommend you read the documentation before exploring the rest of your download.
